Most work starts with a scoped discovery or fixed delivery phase. Smaller builds are welcome when the brief is clear; larger platform work is planned in milestones so cost, timeline and ownership stay visible.
Discovery engagements typically start within two to three weeks. Full delivery squads usually need four to six weeks of notice, occasionally longer for specialised skills.
