02 — Cloud Platform

Cloud & DevOps Engineering

Infrastructure that scales up on demand — and back down on cost.

A cloud bill that grows faster than revenue is an architecture problem wearing a finance costume. We design landing zones, workload topology and autoscaling policies around what your traffic actually does, then encode all of it in Terraform so the environment you test in is the environment you ship to.

Every platform we hand over comes with observability wired in from day one: structured logs, distributed traces, SLO dashboards and alerts that page a human only when a human can help.

What you get

  • Cloud landing zone & network design
  • Infrastructure-as-code repository
  • CI/CD pipelines with policy gates
  • Observability & alerting stack
  • Cost optimisation review & runbooks
How we approach it

The parts that usually go wrong.

And what we do differently so they do not.

Landing zones done properly

Account structure, network segmentation, IAM boundaries and guardrails as code.

Pipelines with teeth

Build, scan, test, sign and deploy — with progressive rollout and automatic rollback.

FinOps from the start

Tagging strategy, rightsizing, commitment planning and per-team cost visibility.

Observability by default

OpenTelemetry instrumentation, SLOs and alert routing that respects on-call.

Questions

Before you ask.

With a read-only assessment. We map what is running, what it costs, what is unmanaged and what is exposed, then sequence the remediation so the highest-risk items move first and nothing needs a big-bang migration.

We offer a managed platform retainer — on-call rotation, patching, capacity review and a monthly reliability report — or we train your team to run it and step back. Both are common.
